Training course and exam for the issue of an installer license

Law No 4 of 14 January 2013 – ‘Regulations on non-organized professions’ introduces the possibility of qualifying professional services based on their compliance with UNI and UNI EN ISO technical standards.

The entry into force of the UNI 11673-2 standard, Installation of windows and doors – Part 2: Requirements of knowledge, skill and expertise of window and door installers is the missing link in the qualification of personnel in the door and window production chain.

The course is structured in two sessions: one more informative, for already trained installers or other operators in the supply chain; and a technical session for improved safety in installation decisions, with particular focus on joints, both for work in new builds and in existing buildings.

The course can be a useful preparation tool for the exam to obtain certification issued by an accredited body (Certi.s srl).
